Governed-adoption capability

Training and Speaking

Capability-building for teams that need to adopt AI with clear boundaries, monitoring, and accountability.

SMEs often lack dedicated innovation teams and large experimentation budgets. Training gives leaders and staff a shared method for finding useful workflows, setting boundaries, evaluating evidence, and retaining ownership after deployment.

Training formats

  • executive briefings on AI economics and retained command
  • organizational AI literacy
  • workshops for governed workflow design
  • technical introductions for product and engineering teams

Speaking formats

  • keynote talks
  • executive briefings
  • panels and industry sessions
  • practical workshops

Speaking is intended for conferences, chambers, industry groups, and executive audiences. Training is designed for teams that need to build an operating capability or make a specific adoption decision.

On 3 July 2026, Sam Bourque delivered Process Maturity in the Age of AI, a 30-minute keynote at a private industry session organized by 3Echo and held at ITE College Central in Singapore. The field note explains the managed-loop method and links to the presentation slides.

Training and speaking do not make AIAC the implementer. Technical delivery remains with internal teams or independently operated providers.
